For Girls Only: A Heart to Heart talk on growing up

WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP ABOUT?
The goal of this class is to create an opportunity for pre-teens and a parent or trusted adult to receive information in an engaging format and relaxed atmosphere. We emphasize family communication and resources to support young people on their journey through adolescence. Ample time is also provided for questions from the preteens and the parents and answered in the context of the preteens' development.This two-part class is recommended for girls 10 to 12 years old and a parent or trusted adult. Each 2 hour class has a short break and simple snack provided. To learn more about this workshop click here.

The workshop is geared towards parents or a trusted adult and their 10 to 12 year old daughter(s).

DIRECTIONS:
From West Broadway: If you are driving eastward on Broadway turn right onto S. Madison. Follow S. Madison to Arthur Avenue. Merge onto Arthur Avenue. The Gallagher Business Building is located one block from 6th Street between Eddy & Connell Streets.
From East Broadway: If you are driving westward on Broadway turn left onto S. Madison. Follow S. Madison to Arthur Avenue. Merge onto Arthur Avenue. The Gallagher Business Building is located one block from 6th Street between Eddy & Connell Streets.
Parking: Parking permits are not required after 5pm. 20 or 30 minute "Quick Stops" are enforced 24 hours daily.
